Linda H. (Faye) Stewart 72, of Wamego, Kansas passed way September 5, 2013 at her home peacefully with her family.

Linda was born September 1, 1941 in Paris, Arkansas the daughter of Franklin and Emma (Lasater) Hamilton. She attended school in Prairie View, Arkansas until her marriage to Cleveland Stewart on October 25, 1958.

Linda was homemaker, manager of Manhattan Textile Services in Manhattan, Kansas and Denver Colorado. Upon her retirement from the textile industry she opened Busy Bee Day Care until her full retirement in 2003.

Linda was a proud supporter of the United States Armed Forces through Cleveland's twenty year military career and her children and grandchildren's military service. She was an Auxiliary member of the Manhattan, Kansas VFW, American Legion and a member of the United Methodist Church of Prairie View, Arkansas and Denver, Colorado.

She is survived by her children, son Michael and Sharon Stewart of Wamego, Kansas, daughter Sadala (Stewart) Garcia of Pleasanton, Texas, and son, Cleveland Stewart Jr. of Denver, Colorado; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sister, Wanda Koenigseder of Scranton, Arkansas; brothers, William ''Dub'' Hamilton and Ervin ''Wayne'' Hamilton of New Blaine, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Cleveland; brothers, Morris Hamilton and Franklin ''Carrol'' Hamilton; sisters, Emma ''Francis'' McBride and Dortha L. Terway.

A viewing will be held on Monday, September 9, 2013 from 10:00-11:00 A.M. at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, Arkansas. Burial will follow the viewing at 11:30 A.M. at Ellsworth Cemetery in Midway, Arkansas under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Garcia, David Stewart, Cleveland Stewart III, Taren Stewart, Johnnie Cammarn and Shawn Wilson

Honorary pallbearer will be Cory Hamilton.
