James Belton Hall, 42 of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away on Friday, May 17, 2013 in Siloam Springs. James was born on January 18, 1971 in Helena, Arkansas to his parents, Thomas Hall and Shirley Nelms.

James is survived by his daughter, Madison Hall of Siloam Springs; wife Tina Hall of Fort Smith, mother Shirley Nelms of Greenwood and step-brother Jason Nelms of Florida.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
