William A. ''Bill'' Pearce, 63, of Batesville, Arkansas died Friday at a hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
He was born June 7, 1949 in Batesville and was the son of Fred W. Pearce and Jeanette W. (Davidson) Pearce. He was a cattle farmer and a member of the Southside Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Ruth (Masters) Pearce of Batesville; a son, Billy Gene Pearce of Pleasant Plains; a daughter, Rana Tilley of Batesville; two sisters, Tammie Bolin of Batesville and Janie Wyatt of Southside; two grandsons; a granddaughter; and a great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Freddie Pearce.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Egner Cemetery with Rev. Jim Pierce officiating.
Arrangements are by Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, February 18, 2013 at the funeral home.

Nancy, I was so blessed to have known Bill . He was so excited when he was able to sponsor you at the Walk to Emmaus in Jonesboro and the fellowship at Southside UMC was amazing. Nancy, I will never forget the days the went to Memphis and the good time we had, even though Bill and I couldn't agree on the heater in the car. He was so excited about getting a new liver.
