L.C. Hartsfield, Jr. 83, of Luxora entered into rest Thursday, October 25, 2012 in Memphis. He was born October 19, 1929 in Brighton, TN to the late Lola Claudell Hartsfield, Sr. and Lillie Hall Hartsfield. He is survived by his wife of thirty years Betty Triplett Hartsfield; four sons: Tommy Hartsfield of Tevares, FL, Claude Hartsfield of Conway, L.C. Hartsfield III, of Blytheville and Kenneth Hartsfield of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; one step son: Hugh Allen Turner of Huachuca, AZ; one daughter: Lola Hartsfield Griffin of Mobile, AL; three step daughters: Cheryl Sells of Collierville, Cynthia Thrasher of Mountain Home and Marsha Johnston of Osceola and; twelve grandchildren; twenty five great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; four sisters: Joan Burnett of Dyersburg, TN Leona Reece of Halls, TN, Pearlie Schwartz of Senatobia, MS and Phyllis Climer of Halls, TN; one brother: Aguster Hartsfield of Halls, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters: Claudia Lloyd and Dorothy Miller; two brothers: William Hartsfield and James Edward Hartsfield.

Dearest Betty,Lola,Lucky,Kenneth and extended family:
We are saddened by the death of Uncle L.C. our prays are with all of you. I rest assured knowing he is now with our Lord and catching all the big fish. Although we will never see his smile again I know he is with my
