Cheryl, Roland & Jim:
I just received the Osc Times and found out about your Dad. I am so sorry for your lost. I called Mom and Dad to tell them, they had no idea. They both were speechless. You know they were so very fond of your Dad and Mom, and have such wonderful memories, lots of laughter and some tears. Daddy and John always were pulling pranks on each other. Which both enjoyed so much. I hate we didn't make the funeral, if we had only known you know we would have been there. You can be thankful your Mom and Dad are now walking in Heaven together, side by side. Heaven has a good Man. We loved him very much.
Sincerely, Lex & Irene; Calvin & Goldie
Cheryl,

Dear Cheryl, Roland and Jimmy,
I am so sorry to learn of your Dad's passing. He was a good man and a good friend, along with your Mom, to Daddy and Mama. I have vivid and fond memories of being in his Sunday School class in the old church building. He always had a smile and hardy handshake, as well as a helping hand to any who needed him. GOD BLESS, YOU ALL!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you
Cheryl, Roland and Jimmy,
Your comfort comes in knowing heaven has a new angel and he is walking hand in hand with Lucille today. I can just see the big smile on his face. Your families are in my prayers.

God Bless.
John was our brother-in law,but just as important, he was our good friend for 60 years. Time and distance have little to do with sincere, lasting friendships. Our memories of John will never grow dim. We look forward to joining him and Lucille as we, too, finally vacate these flesh houses and enter into God's realm. What a joyous reunion that will be!!
