Frances Burnett Hodges, 79, of Osceola entered into rest Wednesday, July 20, 2011 in Memphis, Tennessee. Born January 6, 1932 in Booneville, MS to the late Frank and Mary Mann, she was of the Pentecostal faith, attended Keiser Chapel and was a homemaker. She loved gardening and fishing. She is survived by her five sons: Jerry Burnett of Lake City, David Burnett of Trumann, Tommy Burnett of Manila, Russell Burnett of Caraway and Joe Burnett of Keiser; two daughters: Barbara Roark and Mary Owens of Keiser; 23 grandchildren: 30 great grandchildren; one sister: Helen Albright of Keiser; one brother: Billy Mann of Keiser. She was preceded in death by her husband Elton Burnett, her parents, one son: James Burnett; one daughter: Patricia Rogers, grandson: Andrew Rogers and two brothers: Gilbert Mann and Kenneth Mann.
Mom, you were not only my Mother-n-Love, but you were one of my Bestest :) friends. I love you and miss you more than words can ever say. I am so thankful to have been blessed with you in my life. Although my heart breaks for you here on this earth, my spirit rejoices at your presence with our Lord everyday. I will see you again.. RIP Sweet Angel...
