Jeanine N. Spadafora Keller, age 73, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, December 16, 2010, in Mountain Home. She was born September 21, 1937, in Springfield, Ohio, to Leslie Owen and Nona Jewell Henderson Haskins. She was a cashier at Walmart, a member of the White River Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed boating on Lake Norfork.
Survivors are two sons: Donald A. Spadafora: Haltom City, Texas, and David A. Spadafora: Ft. Worth, Texas; two brothers: Atlee Haskins: Grove City, Ohio, and Shaun Haskins: Gahanna, Ohio; two sisters: Gwen Neisent: Grove City, Ohio and Marlene ''Marty'' Dodson: Westerville, Ohio; six grandchildren; one great granddaughter and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 33 years: Donta Spadafora.
Visitation will be from Noon-9:00 P.M. Sunday, December 19, 2010, at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6-8:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday in the Roller Chapel with Pastor Steve Reusch officiating. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum of Love in Baxter Memorial Gardens.
The family extends special thanks to Lynn Winfree, Dr. George Lawrence and the nurses at Baxter Regional Medical Center and Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
