He was a child magnet, and his loving way with his nieces and nephews will be missed. Gerry is survived by his mother: Joan Metts of Cotter; brother: Gregg (Jennifer) Metts of Fairview; sisters: Gwenn Queen of Mountain Home, Gayle (Robert) Peeples of Jacksonville, AR, Gina (Charles) Slater of Gassville, and Ginney (Junior) Oliver of Henderson; 11 nieces and nephews, 6 great-nieces and nephews; aunt Sandy (Tom) Quick of Colorado; and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father C.L. Metts and his brother Glenn. Memorial donations may be made to: The Voice of God Recordings, PO Box 950, Jeffersonville, IN 47131.
