He is survived by Wife: Gladys Rae Julian of West Helena, Father and Step-Mother; Charles Wayne Julian and Deborah of West Helena. Mother; Linda Sue Austin of Liberty, Texas. 3 Sons; Billy Charles Julian II , James Ray Julian and Charles Bradford Julian all of West Helena, One daughter;Kimberly Nicole Julian of West Helena, Brother; Harold Julian of West Helena, Step-Sister: Melissa Cartwright of West Helena. One grandson: Tyler Julian of West Helena.

Dear Gladys and Family, We are sorry to hear about Bill. If there is anything we can do please call us. Bill was a good person and will be missed.
