Muriel Dean Compton 76, of Heber Springs, Arkansas passed away --January 28-2006. She was born July 13-1929 at Enola, Arkansas to the late Wylie B. & Lucie Ellen Peirce Tackett. She was preceded by a son Arthur B. Compton and a daughter Lucille Darlene Compton. She was a homemaker and member of The Church of Christ. She leaves her husband Arthur Compton of the home, two sons: Roy Gene Compton of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, and Darrell Dean Compton of Higden, AR., a daughter Pearlie Ellen Compton of Weatherford, Oklahoma. Fifteen grandchildren, thirty nine great grandchildren. Services January 31-2006 at 1:30 pm at Higden Church of Christ with interment at Higden-McLenaney Cemetery. with Carroll Sites officiating.
