Clifton R. Jones, Sr., 61, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born Tuesday, August 28, 1956 to Crawford Jones Sr., and Agnes Saylor Jones in Marianna, Arkansas.
Mr. Jones survived by his wife, Rene Hinkle Jones, of the home; three sons, Clifton R. Jones Jr., Adam A. Jones, Eric A. Jones (Kayla), all of Marianna, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Eva Grace and Mason Jones; five sisters, Joyce Parsons (David) of Moro, Arkansas; Rayda Jackson (David), of Wynne, Arkansas; Wanda Holmes, of Wynne, Arkansas; Peggy Jones, of Marianna, Arkansas; Vernie Gilchrist, of Wynne, Arkansas; and six brothers, Donnie Jones (Becky) of Wheatley, Arkansas; Wayne Jones (Barbara), of Parkin, Arkansas; Roy Jones, of Brinkley, Arkansas; Ricky Jones (Margaret), of Tupelo, Mississippi; Calvin Jones, of Conway, Arkansas and Gary Jones, of Oklahoma; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Crawford Jones, Jr., and three sisters, Mary, Sherry and Doris Jones.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Marianna Memorial Park in Marianna, Arkansas.
