Domar Samuel Gallentine, 75, of Melbourne, Arkansas passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was born February 27, 1943 in Dunbar Township, Pennsylvania to John and Edna Mae (Ohler) Gallentine.
Domer was a Navy veteran, as well as worked at the Steel Mill for many years. Domer loved caring for the wildlife on his property. He enjoyed his family and the retired life. Mr. Gallentine was a member of the First Baptist Church in Melbourne for the last eight years.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy, of the home; four sons, Scott (Andrea) Gallentine of Madison, Ohio, Art (Tina) Gallentine of Virginia Beach Virginia, Mathew (Kathrine) Gallentine of Dover, Ohio, and Adam (Ashley) Gallentine of Mountain Home, Arkansas; two brothers, James (Geraldine) Gallentine of Waynesburg, Ohio and Bob (Pam) Gallentine of Melbourne, Florida; three sisters, Helen (David) Lash of North Canton, Ohio, Carol Tuttle of Blanchard, Oklahoma, and Mary Ellen Borger of Paris, Ohio; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and a host of other family.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Edna and six brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be announced at a later time.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Melbourne.
Dear Domer if you can read this from Heaven know when I cry I cry not because im sad of where you went but im sad it will be awhile till I see your smile and hear your laughter. Im so glad you are not suffering and are at peace. I will miss you so very much. Thank you for being such an amazing part of my life. Till we meet again. Love you.
