Deloris Adams Hissam, age 81, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in Wynne. Ms. Hissam was born July 24, 1936 in Marks, Mississippi to the late George and Beatrice Oswalt. She worked for Doughboy Manufacturing for over 43 years.
Ms. Hissam is survived by her son, Bobby Adams of Griffin, Georgia; two daughters, Anne Adams Worstell of West Helena and Brenda Cuellar (Teofilo) of Waxahachie, Texas; ten grandchildren, Christopher Jones, Jimmy Adams, III, Marshall Adams, Zach Adams, Robert Adams, Jr., Mary Carol Adams, Meagan Cuellar, Veronica Concha, Teofila Cuellar, III and Monica Rollins; 21 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Joyce Williams of Lafayette, Louisiana and Jane Carlos Nail (Bobby) of Pearl, Mississippi; brother, James Deason (Lois) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; special nephew, Gregory Gibbs; special niece, Nancy Reeves; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jimmy Adams; son, Jimmy Adams, Jr.; three sisters, Bessie Gibbs, Sybol Allen and Judy Tipton; and special friends, Betty Lou and Henry Heidelberger.
A memorial service for Deloris Hissam will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Helena. Brother Tracy Wilson will officiate.
Service will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870) 572-2571.

Ann and Brenda , i am so sorry to hear about your mom. We loved her like a second mother. May God wrap his loving arms around you and keep you during this difficult time. I will keep you both in my prayers and the rest of the family.
Kelly Faye and I are so sorry to hear this sad news about our beloved Granny Dee. She was a wonderful friend and so much fun i.e. The 1996 Olympics. How could we ever forget that triip? Peace be to her and to all the family.
