I am deeply sorry for your families loss. I have personally found comfort in the scriptures such as the one at Revelation 21:4 where we learn that soon suffering, pain and death will be no more. Again, I express my sympathies and hope you find comfort in this message.

I first met Hazel when I had her daughter, Donna, as a 5th grade student in Atkins. Later when we each lived in Conway, we became friends and also were members of mutual organizations.
She was always pleasant and willing to help anyone in need.
My hope is that memories of Hazel will bring comfort to her loved ones.

I have so many wonderful memories of Hazel. She loved to feed me; listen to my endless chatter; let me sleep with a collie on the floor beside me, a beagle in the travel cage, and a Chihuahua at my feet. She helped rescue me and her daughter from the hungry squirrels at Wakulla Springs. She could kill a snake with a hoe, catch a mouse with a Reese cup, charm a bluebird to her feeder and brilliant pansies to a hanging basket. So many people have known her kindness and her strength. She told me a few weeks ago that she was going to come over here and watch the I CAN ONLY IMAGINE movie with me. But she's already there.

Hazel was such a blessing to me and my family. When Donna became part of our family, all of our family became Hazel’s family. She loved and cared for all of us. I am so thankful for her influence on my life. She will be missed.
