Etta ''Thenderha'' Gipson, 87 of Springfield, MO., passed away Friday, March 30, 2018 in Springfield, MO. Thenderha was born July 12, 1930 in Tennessee to Mr. W.O Walters and Gladys. Thenderha was a member of Second Baptist Church, and was Co-Owner of Gipson Jeweler's.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ralph Wayne Gipson, and one sister Peggy Keltner.
Thenderha is survived by son Robert Gipson of Clarksville, AR; daughter Patty Scott of Springfield, MO.; one granddaughter Laura Griffin of Springfield, MO.; one great granddaughter Madylin Griffin; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 A.M, April 4, 2018 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tom Dicus officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland cemetery.
