Lola A. Burleson, age 92, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
A daughter of the late John and Cora (Newton) Jefferson, she was born February 17, 1925 near Flippin, Arkansas. She was a member of The Church on the Rock in Yellville. She enjoyed doing many things like quilting, making rugs gardening and watching westerns on TV, especially Gunsmoke. Most of all she loved her family and enjoyed being with them and doing any kind of family activity.
Lola is survived by her daughters: Anna L. Roe of Yellville, Arkansas; Brenda Owen and her husband, Tom, of Yellville, Arkansas; step-daughters: Marcia Pouncey and her husband, John, of Lead Hill, Arkansas; Debbie Goodson of Harrison, Arkansas; she is also survived by her sons: Connis Ingram and his wife, Connie, of Springdale, Arkansas; Brian Burleson and his wife, Tina, of Saucier, Mississippi; a step-son Mike Burleson and his wife, Elaine, of West Fork, Arkansas. Lola was the last of 16 brothers and sisters. She was blessed with 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 6 great- great-grandchildren.
Other than her parents and 15 brothers and sisters she was preceded in death by her husband Berry Burleson; a son and step-daughter, Olen Ingram and Karen Burleson; one granddaughter Lindsey Ann Burleson; and two great- grandchildren: Samuel Beau Allen and Kymball Ray Duffy.
A funeral service will be 2:00 pm Monday, January 29, 2018 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home Chapel in Yellville, Arkansas with Bro. Kevin Duffy and Justin Ingram officiating.
Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service at Roller-Burns Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Georges Creek Cemetery near Yellville.
Pallbearers are her grandsons: Caleb and Justin Ingram, Kevin and Jason Duffy, Austin and Zach Burleson, Kenny and Ben Kelly, Tony Allen, Donald Rogers, Dennis Yocham, and Ronald Roe.

Mamaw, I am going to miss you. You were a wonderful mother in law. I enjoyed the few times that we went shopping together. You were such a pretty lady and always looked so nice. Love you bunches. Will see you again some day.

Extending sympathy to the family. Lola was a very special lady who will be missed by many! I will always remember riding to work with her at the shirt factory at Gassville.
As the chain is broken again we ask for peace for family and we will greatly miss her.
