Lora Jane Vanderpool, 71, of Conway, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017. She was born September 26, 1946 in Cameron, Missouri as the ninth and final child to the Late Kelsey and Charlene Zimmerlee.

She is survived by her son, Charles Vanderpool Jr. (Terry) of Lawson, MO; daughter, Evelyn Brinkley (Chris) of Conway, AR; grandchildren, Amanda Maynes (K.C.), Michael Johns (Kelsey), Melissa Graham (Brett), Trae Vanderpool (Sara), 7 great grandchildren, sisters, Kathryn Anne Schwartz, Betsy Thomas (Herby), Sybil Mills, Jacquelyn Smith, brother, John Zimmerlee, and many other nieces, nephews, and friends.

Lora is preceded in death by her parents, brother, K Leroy Zimmerlee, sisters, Sue Coffel and Carol Richardson.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.

I met Lora at Missouri Family Services years back. I was lucky to count her as my friend. Her laughter and her good common sense were both things I valued. She had a strong faith and now I have faith that she is with the blessed. I am sorry for your family's loss and hope you have many wonderful memories to share.

Very sorry for your loss. I hope you can find some comfort from the words at Psalms 147:3 that says; "He is healing the broken hearted ones and is binding up their painful spots." God as the hearer of prayer will comfort you in the days ahead as you remember Ms. Vanderpool.
