My heart was sadden by Ms. Rosie Stout passing. I will remember her fun loving attitude and spirit. She always made my day. She will always have sweet memories in my heart.

I have lots of fond memories of Rosie dating back to her early teen years and I was her brother-in-law. I know that I am not alone in my memories of a great person. Be comforted in knowing that Rosie is in a better place, cradled in the arms of her savior and the company of loved ones. David
