Mrs. Clara Louise Newberry, 83, of Jonesboro passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017.
Born October 10, 1934 in Bono, Arkansas to Samuel and Mattie (Adams) Bradley she was a military wife, homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Methodist Church. She loved sewing, piano, singing and crafts and will be greatly missed as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She is preceded in death by husband, Charles Franklin Newberry, Jr.; parents; one brother, J. S. Bradley; and two sisters, Kathrine Rhea and Elwanda Howell. Survivors include three sons, David L. Newberry (Paulette A.), Charles Franklin Newberry III (Liselle S.), and Kevin B. Newberry-Jenkins (Steve R.); two daughters, Kathy S. Kintzler (John L.) and Karen L. Chrisco (Carey D.); eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, Lorado, Arkansas. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery with Pastors Jerry Reed and Carey Chrisco officiating.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 PM, Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Funeral services are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas.

So glad I got to visit with my Aunt Clair at the family reunion earlier this year. So many fond memories with her, Uncle Frank and my cousins.
I am so sorry for all of your loss. I have great memories of Aunt Clara. Not to mention Uncle Frank as well. Both greatly missed.
