He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Rebecca Zell, his father, Richard Zell, one sister, Sandy Zell, two brothers; Gary Zell and Rick Zell, one step-daughter, Delani Duvall, other relatives and many friends.

On October 25, 2017, Steve came to our house to give us a bid on exterior painting. He was only at our house a short time, but he impressed us with his personality, honesty, and integrity.
