Doris Cruse Waltz, age 83 of Bee Branch, Arkansas passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, November 8th, 2017. She was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania on December 10th, 1933 to John Purvis Cruse and Florence Bowman Cruse.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, James Brannan Waltz, Sr.; her parents; and sister, Dana Marie Linn.
Left to cherish her memory are three sons, James Jr. and wife Pat, Kenneth and Stephen Sr., all of Bee Branch; one daughter, Susan Newton and husband David, also of Bee Branch; grandchildren, James L. Waltz, Daniel Waltz, Dori Cornelius and husband Jimmie, Dana Smith and husband Scott, Stephanie Waltz and Stephen Waltz; and great-grandchildren, Julia Waltz and Cade Cornelius.

Doris lived in Bee Branch, Arkansas the last 18 years and fulfilled her dream of owning a small farm with lovely sunsets, raising fine cattle and being surrounded by family. She was a loving and devoted wife, daughter, sister, mother and grandmother.

Arrangements are by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Arkansas and The Donohue Funeral Home in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. A visitation for Doris will be 10:00 till 11:00 AM Friday, November 10th, 2017 at Roller-McNutt Chapel in Clinton. Services in Pennsylvania will be 10:30 till 11:30 AM Monday, November 13th, 2017 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA. Doris will be laid to rest beside her husband in Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in West Chester, Pennsylvania following the service at Downingtown.

To the whole Waltz family,
I was so sorry to hear of your loss, Doris was a special, caring person. I had many fond memories of your family and our family reunions together. She always had a smile on her face even if she was troubled by something, she showed love to all creatures. She will be greatly missed.
