Cletus Burton, 87 of Jonesboro, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born February 3, 1930 in Bernie, MO. To Owen and Dora (Hall) Burton. Mr. Burton served in the United States Army. He was self-employed and owned a lawncare service.
Preceding him is death are his parents, wife, Betty Henson Burton; 2 sons, Cletus Peter Burton and Dale Burton; Eight brothers and sisters.
Survivors include, sons; Donald (Tammie) Burton of Jonesboro, David (Janice) Burton of Canada; daughter Debra (Carl) McGinnis of Jonesboro, grandchildren; Kimberly Burton, Donald Burton, JR., Kristen(Mickey) McGuire and Tiffany (Tim) Stratz, great grandchildren; J. T. McGuire, Kaitlyn McGuire, Hannah Stratz and Jack Stratz.
A memorial visitation will be Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home from 12:00 pm '''' 2:00 pm.
Burial will be private.
