LaVurl Waller, 92, of Enola, Arkansas passed away on September 6, 2017. Born LaVurl Quattlebaum on November 14, 1924 to the late Oran and Susie Quattlebaum in Trent, Texas. ''Miss LaVurl'' as she was lovingly called, was also preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Howard Arnold Waller.
Miss LaVurl was a Navy wife for twenty plus years and experienced life abroad for many of those years. She and Arnold made their home and spent the remainder of their 66 years in Enola. She was a homemaker and was active in her small community.
Miss LaVurl spent her last year at Salem Place where she was cared for by loving aides and caring nurses and on Wednesday, September 6, surrounded by many who loved her, she peacefully passed from this world and met her Savior and Lord and her beloved, Arnold.
A Graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 11, 2017 at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway.
