Nancy ''Carolyn'' Revis Lenz, 77, of Benton passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017. She was born March 11, 1940 in Bismarck, Arkansas to Bill and Meathel (Allen) Revis.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and by her twin sister, Glenda Revis Helmich.
She is survived by two children, Bill Lenz (Susan) and Cheryl Lenz Hentschel; three grandchildren, Cole Hentschel (Elizabeth), Loren Hentschel, and Karis Hentschel; two great-grandsons, William Hentschel and Colson Hentschel, and two brothers, Bill Revis (Rebecca) and Paul Revis (Rosalie).
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. and funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 25, 2017 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (315-4047) officiated by Jim Gardner. Interment will follow at Old Rosemont Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 14 Parkstone Circle, North Little Rock, AR 72116.
