Gail and Family,
My heart is heavy with sadness. Gary was a very good friend of mine when we were teenagers. As a matter of fact, Gary was my first date, when I was just 15 years old. Although, I have not seen him in many years, he holds a special place in my heart. My sincere condolences to the McAllister family. May Gary Rest In Peace and Love. God bless.

Dear McAllister Family,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. As part of my ministry work I try to offer a brief word of comfort since this may be one of the hardest things any of us will ever have to endure.

I often encourage family members to consider the assurance found at 2 Corinthians 1:3-4......

"Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God."

I hope this serves as a strengthening aide during this sad occasion.

Sincerely,

Calvin
