So sorry for your loss may you find peace and comfort in the words spoken at 2 Corinthians 1:3 & 4" ( 3) Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort,  (4 ) who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God

With a heavy heart I am relating to you all how much we loved Aunt Susie. I speak for all of us (Lasters) and especially Ben and I. Aunt Susie was remarkable to me because of her devotion to her immediate family as well as extended. She exhibited what I strive to be and that was a quiet unfailing strength of character Mother, daughter, Grandmother and Great Grandmother to all her loved ones and all people. I was fortunate to have gotten Aunt Susie to laugh out loud a few times and that was significant to me because I thought she, most of all, deserved laughter and joy in her life. I and Ben are most fortunate to have gotten to be close to Aunt Susie when we did. Love always, Candy and Ben

I was so sorry to learn of Susie's passing.
She and I were very close in high school and I always looked upon her as another sister. My deepest sympathy goes to the family.
