Raymond Elbert Davis 90, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, April 21, 2017, in Fort Smith, AR. Raymond was born July 24, 1926, in Clarksville, Arkansas to Arthur & Violet (Whitworth) Davis. Raymond enjoyed Fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, and going to his grandchildren's ball games. Mr. Davis is preceded in death by his parents, Wife Thelma Davis, two sons Ronnie Davis, and Raymond Davis; one daughter Marsha Logue; two sisters and three brothers.
Raymond is survived one son James Davis of Athens, IL; one Sister Betty Cross of Clarksville, AR; grandchildren Amanda & Kyle Chavers, Maria & Jeb Sayer, Jessica & Kent White, Rob & Barbara Wesselman, Trena Yaden; thirteen great-grandchildren.
Mr. Davis's Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 27, 2017, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Florine George officiating. Burial will follow at the Hagarville cemetery with Kyle Chavers, Kent White, Jeb Sayer, Rob Wesselman, Terry Curtis, and Bobby Curtis serving as pallbearers.
