Mrs. Boyd was my 5th grade teacher at Levy Elementary School. I remember one day she read from our science book about the big bang theory. Then, she turned around and picked up a Bible and said, Now I want to read to you what the Bible says, and she proceeded to read from Genesis. I have now been serving in the ministry for over 31 years. I am very thankful to have had her for a teacher. May God bless her family during this time.

What a servant of the Lord! Mrs. Marcelle taught all three of our children at some point and had such an amazing influence on so many lives. We are blessed to have known her. This is a tremendous victory for someone who lived her life for God. May God bless you all as you celebrate her life. Our prayers are with you.

Nicky, what a great legacy your mom left. I loved being in her fifth grade class at Levy. She was my favorite elementary teacher. We would also stop by to see her in the summer and get foot long hot dogs or ice cream cones. Lots of precious memories. May you and your family feel God's comfort and peace at this time of loss.
