Polly Martin Brown, 90, passed away March 19, 2017 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church in West Memphis. Polly is survived by her four sons; Wallace Martin (Nancy) Brown of East Prairie, Missouri, Dillard W. Brown of Hughes, Arkansas, Cecil Timothy (Suzy) Brown of Tunica, Mississippi, Paul Craig (Amy) Brown of Marion, Arkansas, twelve grandchildren; Kellye Brown (Mark) Carter, Kerry Brown (Denny) Hatman, Laura Brown (Jason) Bariola, Blair Brown (Asterios) Houtas, Lance (Amanda) Brown, Martin (Sarah) Brown, Warner Brown, Cecil Brown, Caitlin Brown, Darby Brown, Sydni Duvall, Grayson Brown, fourteen great-grandchildren; Baylee Brown, Chase Tucker, Brock Bariola, Lew Brown, Drew Hatman, Madalin Bariola, Audrey Brown, Chance Hatman, Cooper Hatman, Emma Bariola, Bella June Brown, Kalea Carter, Wallace Brown, Cruz Duvall, great-great-grandchild; Addilyn Tucker, family member; Jennie Lee Seawood. Polly is preceded in death with parents, Charles Wallace and Cecil Inez Martin; husband, Charles Dillard Brown; sons, Charles David Brown and Mark Sheffield Brown; daughter-in-law, Tommie June Brown; and brother, Wallace Martin. Visitation will begin at Friday, March 24, 2017, 6:00 p.m., at Holy Cross Episcopal Church in West Memphis. Memorial Service will begin Saturday, March 25, 2017, 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Episcopal Church of West Memphis.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. Polly was a wonderful lady. She will be missed.

It saddened me to hear of Mrs. Polly's death, yet it comforts my heart knowing she is with our Lord. Prayers for her family and many, many friends. I have only the fondest memories of Mrs. Polly and pray that God surrounds her loved ones with His peace.
May God wrap his loving arms around you all in loving comfort at this time.
We are deeply saddened to read of the dead of Ms. Polly. She was the sweetest, soft spoken southern lady I was proud to call my friend. Please know her many friends are lifting you, the family, up in prayer today and in the days to come.
