When I couldn't get you on the phone I knew something was wrong. I will miss our talks on the phone and our gripe sessions on politics. I will miss going out to eat when we both felt like it. You will always be in my heart. My best bud.

Janie, I am honored to have even known you! I am so sad but I know now that you are with my mom and I know that two GREAT friends are together again, I would never have made it through my ordeal without you making sure that Wanda made it to chemo when I couldn't make it for that I will always be blessed and I miss you and love you!

My heart aches learning that my close friend and co-worker became gravely ill and has passed away. Please know she was a inspiration, motivator and mentor to me so many times in my life. One didn't have to wonder where Janie stood on any subject because she said her peace and didn't hold it against you if you "happened" to disagree with her! : ) Our last meeting was my "birthday gathering of ARKO girls" on January 28th. It will be a cherished memory always but I wished I had reached out to her one more time before her passing!

Family of Janie, please know she loved you and talked about you often. I had the privilege of meeting several of you. Thank you for welcoming me at those meetings.

I love you Janie and may you rest in peace!

My heart is broken to hear about Janie! We worked together for a long time and I grew to love her very much! A woman who had a mind of her own and did not hesitate to speak it when it was needed, I admired her very much! Her loyalty to those she cared about was 2nd to none! She will be missed by those who knew her well. :-(
