My mother, Doris Casotti, is Tom's sister and is now the only surviving sibling in her family. She last visited Tom in 2008 and she always held her older brother in high regard.

I did not personally know Tom all that well and only met him a few times after becoming an adult. He was always kind and generous and helped me a great deal with my research into the Raisbeck family genealogy.

We were all very sad to learn of his passing. But, we take heart in the knowledge that he is no longer suffering from Alzheimer's and is now with his wife, Maxine, and his son, Tom.

We extend our sincere condolences to Tom's grandson, Nathan Raisbeck, who looked after Tom in recent years.
