Genevia Pauline Core, born May 19, 1921 passed away Friday, November 25, 2016 at Paris Health and Rehab. She was 95 years old.
Pauline retired from Paris Manufacturing and was a member of the Reveille Primitive Baptist Church.
She was born in the Hunt Community of Johnson County to the late John Thomas and lda (McMillian) Blaylock. She was preceded in death by her husband IJ Core and daughter Helen Moore.
Pauline is survived by her son Mike and wife Linda; her grandchildren are Michele Garrett and husband Jimbo of Hartshorn OK, Nicole Cherry and husband BJ of Greenwood, Leslie Benge and husband Chris of Paris, Sandy Maddox and husband Austin of Paris and Lee Williams and wife Elaine of Las Vegas NV. Her great grandchildren are Matney Brooks and husband Tyson, Tyler Garrett and wife Chelsea, Gage Carson, Braden Carson and wife Alisha, Emily Rice, Kaden Benge, Macy Cutsinger, Blaine Maddox and Liam Maddox and great great granddaughters Tenly Brooks, Kinsley Garrett, and Paeton Garrett.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Garrett, Gage Carson, Braden Carson, Kaden Benge, Chris Benge, and Austin Maddox.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris officiated by Bro. James Isaacs. Burial will follow in McVay Cemetery in Paris under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Your sweet Pauline was a rare jewel. I loved getting to be around her. I love it when she came into Scott's to see us all. My memories are good and precious! She has a wonderful family.
