Velma and I grew up on the same street and went all the way through high school together. After that we lost touch, but reconnected a little over ten years ago through a class reunion. Over these years we emailed, sharing prayer requests and her beautiful photos. Velma taught me more about the power and peace that comes from forgiveness than any bone person. What a truly beautiful Christian woman she was! I was shocked and saddened to hear of her passing, but am joyful in the knowledge that she is looking into her Jesus' smiling face right now. I'll be seeing, you again, Velma. Love, Cindie
My condolences to the family she loved to much.
