William Edward (Bill) Rhea age 90, of Conway passed away peacefully October 5, 2016.
Bill was born March 18, 1926 to the late William Floyd Rhea and Velma D. Milam.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He and his wife were longtime members of the Central Baptist Church in Conway. He was the longtime owner of Bills Discount Shoes and Razorback Boot Company. One of the highlights of his ownership of the boot company was being able to present pairs of custom made Razorback boots to Frank Broyles and his coaching staff.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years Hazel Ruth Rhea of Conway, 2 daughters Judy Isom Fowler of Sheridan, Janie Rhea English of Little Rock, 3 grandchildren Eric Grable, Rhea Ann Isom, John David Isom, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who he loved very much.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday October 8, 2016 at the Springhill Cemetery in Springhill Arkansas off of highway 287, with the Reverends Jack Bloxom and Don Chandler officiating.
