Addalyn Cecilia Thompson, of Jonesboro, was born September 19, 2016 and passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.
Addalyn is preceded in death by her uncle, Tony Henderson.
Survivors include her parents, Terry and Ashley Thompson; siblings, Camden and Bailey Thompson; grandparents, Caleb and Connie Thompson, Mark Martin, Rodney and Karen Dunlap; Great grandparents, David and Cecilia Ragsdale, and Charlotte Winsboro; uncles, Kevin Henderson, Ryan Martin, and Jacob Martin.
Visitation will be from 9:00am '''' 10:00am Saturday until time of service at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Jonesboro with Father Mike Sinkler officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Cemetery near Bono.
