January 6, 1947 - August 23, 2016
Hilda Sue Fleshman Johnson was born January 6, 1947, in Olvey, Arkansas. On August 23, 2016 we lost our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She is now re-united with her parents and big brother, John and Lorene and Johnny Dale Fleshman, in Heaven.
Hilda deeply loved her family and she was loved by all. Her commitment to her community was a ''gift'' and everyone knows she never met a stranger or passed a ''Garage Sale'' without stopping. Hilda always demonstrated her devotion to God and Christianity and attended St. John's Episcopal Church.
Hilda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kristi and Anthony Garner; her son Kiley Johnson and his fiancé, Megan Hofstra; her grandchildren, Derek, Addie, Jasmine and Kiefer; her great-grandchildren, Ella, Izzy, Lane and Abegail; her siblings Jacqueline Hiatt and Mervin Fleshman; her ''sisters-in-crime,'' Angie Padfield, Susie Poe, Tiffany Ricketts, Helen Lowery, Stephanie Engle and Tammy Cooper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation is 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at St. John's Episcopal Church with the memorial service being held at 12:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers or food, a Trust has been established at Anstaff Bank in Hilda's name, attention Tammy Cooper.
Hilda, I will never forget you and all the fun we had. As posted on another comment, there was nothing we didn't try at a least one time. You were always working hard to make things better for your precious children. I love you girlfriend and you will always have a special place in my heart. 'Till we meet again, I will always love you. ~ Brenda
Ms Hilda was always so friendly, polite, joyful, and full of happiness every time I saw her at St John's and around town. She will be missed.
Hilda was a wonderful person, always bubbly, friendly and fund. I will miss her although I did not see her often when I did see her it was as if we were such good friends. I miss her so much.
Hilda was a dear precious friend. I will never forget the good times we had and of course the garage sales. Hilda saved me when I first moved to Mo. I was lonely and had very few friends. She became a gift to me I will never forget this loving caring wonderful women.
Hilda was such a precious person/friend. I will sorely miss her. I will miss the clinking braclets when she washed my hair. My friend you are in Heaven no doubt. Love and Prayers for family.
There will never be another...what a great gal! She is loved by many and will be truly missed. We were always going to take a road trip to Russellville but never got to do it... Bless you, dear friend, it is your time to rest. Love You. Mary Bell Speice
