Darrel Lynn Glover 77, of Conway, Arkansas was born January 21, 1939 in Hickory Plains, Arkansas went to his maker August 27, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Owen Glover and mother, Paulette Tannenberger.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Ruth (Hardcastle) Glover, two sons, Dane Glover of Conway; and Dan Nixon of Austin, Texas; two daughters, Ava Nixon Walker of Nashville, TN; and Donna Nixon Pool of Hot Springs, AR; brothers, Rick and Billy Tannenberger of Northwest, Arkansas; Gary Glover and Don Glover and a sister, Teresa Costa, all of California, as well as nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Lynn started the Little Rock/Conway Sign Company in 1969. After selling the company he started DLG/ART Designs. His coexisting abilities as both a talented artist and manager led both companies to great success and allowed them to maintain a statewide customer base.

Lynn loved golf and fishing, he looked forward to the days he could play golf and gin with his friends. He was a member of the Conway Country Club, where he served as President for eight years. He also enjoyed playing golf with his buddies at Hot Springs Village, where he was a member of Village Property Owners Association. He and his wife Ruth, enjoyed playing in couples tournaments throughout the state. They loved meeting new couples and seeing the '' regulars .'' Lynn was a member of the Elks Lodge in Hot Springs, AR.

Lynn served his country in the U.S. Air Force Squadron 3723 during Berlin Crisis. Upon leaving the Aif Force, his love for flying encouraged him to obtain his pilots license. He enjoyed flying his family and friends on various trips.

He will be missed by his family and friends. His presence will always be with us.

Family will gather with friends at 12:00pm and Memorial Service will begin at 1:00pm Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home Conway Arkansas with Pastor Scotty Johnson officiating.

My sincere condolences to the Glover family. I have had the pleasure of waiting on Lynn and his fellow golfers and card buddies at the country club for 7 years. Lynn always came in with a big smile and friendly conversation. A true gentleman. He will be missed!

Lynn was a very dear friend and very successful business owner for many years. We are saddened by his demise and he will be missed by all of us. We shared many laughs and business opportunities with Lynn when Don Bougher (Imperial Sign Co.) was with us. May he rest in peace. Lynn was a good friend to me. He is one of the kindest individuals I have ever known. A man of integrity. He was always there to help. I never heard him speak a bad word about anybody. God surely has a first class servant. He touch me in a way that I will always remember. God Bless the family during your time of loss.

Dane & Family,
