Mr. Kemper was a quiet part of my life since I was 6. He always had a smile and a wave for everyone who drove by. He treated my family kindly and put up with my brothers for many hours. Every time I went by his house I would look to see if he was outside just to see him smile and wave and brighten my day. He will be forever missed. My prayers go out to the family. You all hold a special place in my heart.

Mr. Kemper built our house way back in the 1970's, just over the hill from where he lived. He did a very professional job. Mr. Kemper was always friendly, courteous and a gentleman. I know he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
