Betty Lou Ferguson of Bay, AR passed away Monday, August 1, 2016 at her home at the age of 81. She was born January 11, 1935 at Bay to Ossie and Vivian Shockley Taylor. Mrs. Ferguson was retired from Frolic Footwear and the Bay School District. She attended Bay First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Ferguson is preceded in death by her husband, Richard ''Toot'' Ferguson; a son, Jerry Ferguson; her parents; a brother, Junior Taylor; and a granddaughter, Amanda Ferguson.

Survivors include four sons, Danny Ferguson, Rick Ferguson and Randy Ferguson all of Bay and Tim (Barbara) Ferguson of Hot Springs, AR; a daughter, Susie (Ed) Rayburn of Bay; a daughter in law, Dana Ferguson of Bay; 14 grandchildren, Keesha Scheutz, Lacy Ladner, Zach Ferguson, Josh Ferguson, Devin Montgomery, Wes Ferguson, Taylor Ferguson, Miley Ferguson, Blake Ferguson, Jerra Taylor, Jordan Ferguson, Katie Ferguson, Robby Bollinger, and Garrett Bollinger; 17 great grandchildren; and a sister, Ruby Long of Jonesboro.

Chapel services will be 2 pm Wednesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home with James Moore and Danny Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 1 pm until time of service.

Taylor Ferguson, Blake Ferguson, Wes Ferguson, Josh Ferguson, Robby Bollinger, and Garrett Bollinger will serve as active pallbearers.

Danny Finley, Bobby Hutchison, Ronnie Taylor, Donnie Davis, Gary Ladner, Jordan Taylor and Zach Ferguson will serve as honorary pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests lasting memorials be made in Mrs. Ferguson's honor to the St. Bernards Development Foundation, PO Box 9320, Jonesboro, AR 72403.
