Adam Rogers, 20 of Magazine, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He was born on June 5, 1996 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to his parents Johnny and Tammy (Swafford) Rogers. He worked as a pipeliner for Strike LLC, loved music and always enjoyed upgrading his truck. Even though Adam has never been married he had a special relationship with Shantelle Sarten and they always agreed to be married later in life.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Phyllis Rogers and his maternal grandfather, Warren James Sikes.
He is survived by his parents, Johnny and Tammy (Swafford) Rogers of Magazine; three sisters, Kasandra Rogers of Magazine, Laura Rogers and Melynda Rogers both of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; two brothers, James Rogers and Mathew Rogers both of Magazine; his maternal grandmother, Nancy Sikes of Muskogee, Oklahoma; paternal grandparents, John and Linda Rogers of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; three uncles, Shawn Sly of Gore, Oklahoma, Adam Swafford of Magazine and Stephen Rogers of Tulsa, Oklahoma and his best friend, Jeremy Reed.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-5:00 p.m., on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with burial to follow in Caulksville Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Adam Swafford, Oscar Munoz, Jeremy Reed, Jason Reed, Bodie King and Darren Friend.
Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Rogers and James Rogers.
I am deeply saddened by the loss of yet another young life! My deepest condolences to Tammy and her family.

Adam was such a joy to be around. I always enjoyed getting to visit with him. He loved telling stories about whatever was happening in his life at the time. He will be missed by all. So sorry for your loss.

Adam , you were a great guy :) you made everyone happy and laugh and you were my best friend... We had a lot of great memories together and when I first went to county line you was so nice and sweet ... I love you and I hope you have fun up there ... Fly high Adam :)
