Kenneth ''Kenny'' Burnett, 63, of Desha, Arkansas, died Monday, June 20, 2016, at his home.
He was born on May 30, 1953 in Buna, Texas and was the son of James Younger Burnett and Billie Faye (Ritter) Burnett.
Kenny worked for Batesville Electric Heating and Air Conditioning and was of the protestant faith. He loved his job and was an expert in sheet metal. He also enjoyed playing pool; and was a loving father and grandfather.
Survivors include his son, Michael Burnett of Columbia, Missouri; two daughters, Michelle Burnett of Thayer, Missouri, and Tiffany Campbell and husband, Brent, also of Thayer; grandchildren, Melanie, Audrena, Kenny, Taylor, Tabetha, Jeffrey, Lexie, Patience, and Kinsley. Other survivors include his brothers, James Burnett and wife, Denise, of Batesville, Arkansas, Donnie Burnett and wife, Bridgett, of DeRidder, Louisiana, and Brad Burnett of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Brewer officiating.
Kenny was a great friend not just a customer, and I will truly miss him.
So very sorry to hear of Kenny's passing. A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves. They are still alive in our hearts and minds, and through our fond memories, they live on. Please accept my sincere condolences, Kenny and his great sense of humor will not be forgotten.
We love and will miss you dearly Uncle Kenneth... So glad that we got to visit one more time, and you got to meet my children. Thoughts and prayers are with my cousins at this time. Love y'all
