Thomas Wayne ''Bill'' Hamilton, age 77, of Helena, Arkansas passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Hamilton was born January 17, 1939 at Star City, Arkansas to the late Walter and Inez Hamilton. He was a Mason and a member of Boilermaker Local 69, Little Rock.
He is survived by two sons, Perry Hamilton of Helena and Glynn Hamilton of West Helena; daughter, Kristi Miller of Walls, Mississippi; grandson, Peyton Miller of Walls; sister, Shirley Chandler of Benton; two brothers, Carrol Hamilton (Becky) of Pine Bluff and Wilbur Hamilton (Delores) of Oak Grove, Louisiana; and his ex-wife and friend, Brenda Hamilton of Helena.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A service for Bill Hamilton will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at 4:00 p.m., Thursday at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Star City.

Dearest Perry, Glynn, Kristi, Brenda and the rest of the family,
I was so saddened to read of the passing of Mr. Bill. The last time I was in Helena I saw him and I know that he is not in pain now. Mr. Bill was always a wonderful friend to all of us in my family. He was a good man. My prayers are with all of you as you go through this most difficult time. My prayer is that the Lord will wrap His loving arms around each of you at this most difficult time and give each of you the strength, courage, and understanding and love that you need at this time and in the difficult days ahead. Hold to your sweet memories and the happy times..God Bless each of you and Mr. Bill is with My Mama and Daddy now and one day all of us will join them again at the Great reunion in the Heavens...Love Barbara
