of Conway, AR
September 3, 2001 - June 6, 2016
Marshall Ryan Bailey was granted his angel wings on June 6, 2016. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Marshall had blessed in some small way throughout his short, yet memorable life.
Marshall's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His smile could melt hearts and though he never spoke a word, Marshall's smile said it all.
Marshall's disabilities never stopped him. He possessed strength, courage, and an ability to overcome incredible odds and physical challenges. His smile taught us to find the happiness in everything, just as he did. Marshall loved traveling, being around people, and his wiener dogs.
With Marshall's passing he would want his life to be celebrated. Although we will miss him everyday, especially his glorious smile, he will forever remain in our hearts.
Marshall is survived by his loving parents, Mark and Ryan Bailey and sister Jordan of Conway. Beloved grandparents Mickey and Terry Rose Bailey of Jacksonville, Becky Bailey of Benton, Bobby and Cindy Marshall of Conway, and Cathy Sullivan of Conway. Treasured great-grandparents Billie Bailey of Russellville, Ralph and Donna Brown of Benton, and Ida Marshall of Conway. Caring uncles Matt Bailey of Montgomery, TX, and Ryan Sutton of Conway. Caring aunts Lauren Kunz of New Lenox, IL, Kayla and Amber Sutton, both of Morrilton. As well as countless friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday June 9, 2016 at 10:00 am with Celebration of Life service immediately following at 11:00 am at First Assembly of God, 4501 Burrow Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Marshall Bailey to Arkansas Children's Hospital whose CVICU's loving staff gave such wonderful care to Marshall in his time of need. www.giving.archildrens.org

We did not know your son, Marshall, but we have borne the grief of losing a son and we can encourage you that as time passes you will be able to remember more of the good times with Marshall and dwell less on your loss.
We found that each person grieves in a different way and at different times, so we encourage you and your family to allow for those differences.
We are of the Christian faith and even in our pain we came to understand that God is still sovereign. May you find comfort as you walk through this “valley of the shadow of death” and may friends share their good memories of Marshall with you.
So so sorry for your loss! He was such a happy young man and he will be greatly missed! Your family is in my prayers!
Marshall, first born of my first born, I will treasure memories of our times together. The sound of your laugh fills my heart. I await the day we meet again.
Ryan,
Praying for you and your family both now and in the days to come. Asking God to comfort you and surround you with His love.
Thinking about all of you during this time of sorrow at Marshall"s passing. He will surely be missed and remembered for his strength and passion for life. He overcame many obstacles in his short life that most people could not even understand, much less endure. His loving family could not have supported him or cared for him more. Soar with the angels Marshall!
Marshall was a joyful light in our school. So very sorry for your loss. Praying God will comfort you.
