Belle, Bobby & Family,

So sorry to hear of O.C.'s passing. O.C. was a good friend, having known him all of my life, and staying with Grannie & Momo so many years, across the street from your house. He was a good man and he will be missed my so many. He is in a much, much better place now, and we will see him again someday. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry to have not made the service, however my work schedule kept me from attending. Please accept my sincere apology.

Belle & family:
I know these are trying times for you but just remember O C was an asset to the town of Norfork, serving the people as an Alderman. he would always lend a helping hand. I've known him since we were both eight years old.
