I was getting another chance to review material online and happened to find this most unfortunate news about a fellow friend, George Patrick Birdsong, Sr. I originally met George through two hobbies of my life, Model Railroading and Star Trek. George was also a member of a local Star Trek fan club, United Trekkers of Arkansas. He was a great friend, a loving father, and a loyal husband. George is dearly missed. George will be best remembered by me with his BIG smile!

I am so sorry to hear the news.
My Daddy always spoke very highly of George and I can remember as I kid visiting the computer room at SVI, George was always very smiley and funny.
Keep his jolly spirit alive through your memories.

George, not only were we lodge brothers but friends also. I will miss our daily coffee get togethers at the East End Cafe Table of Truth and Knowledge. I always enjoyed your wit and humor but most of all, our friendship. You will always be remembered and never forgotten by all who loved and cherished you. So long my friend till we meet again in our heavenly home.

My heart aches for the loss of George. I only knew George for less than three years; he made me feel like I had known him forever. George will be greatly missed. East End Community lost an awesome man.

Stephanie, we wish we had known your dad. If he was anything like you, which we're sure he was, we would've loved him and his sense of humor. We hope the great times you shared and knowing how proud he was of you will be comfort to you. Just know your friends are here for you! Love ya chick, Tena & Dan
