Horland D. Crow, 93, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016.

He was born December 6, 1922 to the late Monroe and Velma Crow in Scotland, Arkansas and then later in years moved to Parma, Missouri. In his late teens, Horland and his family moved near Brinkley, Arkansas where he met Mildren Adams. They were later married and have just recently celebrated 73 years of marriage. Horland was drafted into the Eight Army Air Force and served in WWII. After returning home from the war, he worked as a farmer and later as a grocery salesman for Rands Inc., where after 35 years of dedicated service retired. He and his wife served the Lord faithfully and often traveled many miles to be with brothers and sisters in Christ from all across the nation. Special thanks from the family to the Veterans Administration Health Care.

He is preceded in death by his both his parents, his brothers; Doyle Crow of Parma, MO and Arvilla Crow of Poplar Bluff, MO. He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 73 years; Mildren Crow, his daughter; Judy Metheny (Ronald) of Little Rock, granddaughter; Rebecca Orr of Conroe, TX, two great-grandchildren; James and Allison, two sisters; Donna Gregg (Morris) of Dexter, MO and Carolyn Landrum of Poplar Bluff, MO, sister-in-law; Alice Crow of Parma, MO along with many nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1:00 PM., Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at First Gospel Church of Little Rock, 8101 Colonel Glenn Rd, Little Rock, (501) 565-0796. Visitation will be at the church from 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, May 10th. Interment will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Alexander, AR.

Sis. Crow, Bro & Sis. Metheny, Rebecca & Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Bro. Crow was very special to me. I have so many good memories of him. He was one of a kind! His sense of humor and his smile always brightened my day every time I seen him. I loved him dearly!
