Jean M Burnett, 95, passed away in Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the residence of her son, Vondes in Conway, AR. Jean was born July 7, 1920. She was married to her husband of 70 years, Everett Burnett, on January 26, 1938. He preceded her in death, August 21, 2007. She is survived by their four children, Everett (Betty) Burnett, of Newburgh, IN: Dee (Jim) Fuquay of Chino Hills, CA; Vondes (Carolyn) Burnett of Conway, AR; Constance (Terry) Cartwright of Fagus, MO. Nine Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren, Ten Great Great Grandchildren. Also, many step grandchildren and their families that she loved equally as her own.
Jean was recently celebrated at a motivational assembly for incoming freshmen at UCA on their Conway, AR campus for her mastering of technology over the age of 90. She loved computers, email, texting and all things innovative.
She was active church member of 60 years, serving as nursey attendant, Sunday school teacher, and missionary secretary over her decades church service. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother of grandmother. Her family was her life, pride and joy. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
There will be a private family service.
