Jesse Odell Johnston, 82 of Mayflower, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, April 16, 2016.

Jesse was born on Saturday, April 14, 1934 in his home in Mt. Vernon, Arkansas. He was retired from the Ward Bus Factory.
He was a hard worker but was a happy soul, friend to all and knew no strangers. He had a passion for making others laugh with his tricks and humor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harmon and Ethel Johnston; Wife, of almost 50 years, Leona Mae and two sisters, Amy Collins and Mayme Beene.

He is survived by his brother, Dee Johnston; his three sons, Ronnie (Bernie), John Dee (Pam), and Wesley (Floy) Johnston; one daughter, Tina Bell (Milton); nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Friday, April 22, 2016 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
Interment will follow at Mayflower cemetery in Mayflower, AR.
Visitation will be from 6-8 pm, Thursday, April 21, at the funeral home.
