Timothy Tyler French, 68, of Vilonia went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 13, 2016. He was born Tuesday, May 13, 1947 in Middletown, Ohio to Charles and Wanda French. Mr. French served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of First Baptist Church in Vilonia. Timothy married Katherine Ellen Huffington on June 14, 1967.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Tom French.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Katherine French, daughter Melissa Ricketts and husband Denver of Vilonia, son Chris French and wife Missy of Vilonia, grandchildren Matti Johnson, Hannah Ricketts, Emma French, Noah French and Rease French. Other survivors include brothers Dwight French and wife Kizzie of Ohio, Jack French and wife Debbie of Ohio along with a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral services will be 2pm Friday, March 18, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Vilonia with Dr. John Hamby officiating. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway.
Pallbearers will be Matt Weaver, Mark Weaver, Ty French, Randy Weidower, Bud Rowland and Roger Weaver. Kenny Cole and the employees of Webco Mining and Weaver Bailey will serve as honorary pallbearers.
