Donny Ray Young, Sr. 65, of Conway, went to be with his Heavenly Father Monday, March 7, 2016. He was born October 11, 1950 in Hunter, AR to the late Robert ''Pete'' and Hazel E. (Jenkins) Young. Donny was also preceded in death by his two brothers, Orville ''Billy'' Young and James ''Bowdy'' Young.

Donny was a Christian man and a farmer. He was previously employed as a Tug Boat Engineer, traveling down the Mississippi river. Donny enjoyed fishing, hunting and most of all driving his race car. He was also very talented with his hands and enjoyed doing mechanic work on cars. Donny had a great sense of humor and always had a big smile for everyone he met.

Donny is survived by his loving wife, Peggy, sons, Donny Ray Young, Jr. and James Ray Young both of Conway and daughter, Allison Stowe of Holly Grove, brother: Bobby Young (Charlotte), three sisters: Shirley Querry (Calvin), Peggy Norwood of Conway, and Anita Mize (Lance) all of Conway, grandchildren: Falicity, Elijah, Dallas, Dillinger, Micah, Jamison, and Matthew, step-children: Tanya Quillin and Michael Duncan and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 10th at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway, with Bro. Ervin Collins officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway. Serving as pallbearers will be Eugene Nash, James Young, Ryan Mize, Wayne Morris, Thomas Martin, and Odell Martin, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Young and Matthew Nash. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
